The Beforest organization uses collectively owned land to create sustainable, permaculture based ecovillages that are food, water and power secure. We had the pleasure of designing their site in Bakonda, India.

This collective utilized our ecological assessment and planning methods to determine how to best develop the land to provide for the needs of hundreds of residents. A great variation in terrain created the need to maximize agricultural and living space.
